Last night I ran my last 10km road race on South African turf before I leave for Los Angeles to run the LA marathon on the 2nd March.

I had a great run last night and unofficially placed 5th in the ladies. There was more than 3500 runners and walkers in the field.

Deep respect here Michelle, I run myself as you know, I am a tiny bit older

but how would I have wished to be able to run the NY marathon...I do hope you have agreat time in LA, my thoughts are with you...congratulations on your 5th place...., nice to meet you...we all get to see the faces one time or the other....
